OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the Continental US. No international shipping is available yet, but check back soon for an update this this policy.
All Orders are processed within 2-3 weeks, due to the manufacturing time needed for most items we offer. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. An accurate lead time will be found on the page of each item in our catalog. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
'Murica CNC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, all shipments are insured. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us and we will help you through the claim process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the non-profit nature of our business, all sales are final, and 'Murica CNC does not offer any money-back guarantees. Customers recognize and agree that they shall not be entitled to a refund for anything that is not covered under the shipping insurance policy. However, we will ensure that the machine will work upon delivery, should a customer have any issues, we will work with them to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
'Murica CNC's warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
'Murica CNC will repair or replace, at no charge, any parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty Period for goods purchased from 'Murica CNC is 180 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, or problems caused by misuse of the goods.
